Senior Social Media Manager (Senior SMM)

Role overview

We are launching a licensed iGaming operator in a regulated market and are looking for a strong Senior SMM to build and grow the brand’s social media channels from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Launch and grow the brand’s TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and WhatsApp channels
Develop a content strategy and content plan tailored to each channel
Create, test, and scale recurring content formats
Independently shoot and edit vertical short-form video content
Attend local events, produce on-site content, and publish timely updates
Build and engage the community through comments, direct messages, engagement mechanics, and retention initiatives
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support teams
Run A/B tests across content, CTAs, formats, and publishing times
Track the customer journey from reach and clicks to registration, First-Time Deposit (FTD), and repeat deposits
Use AI tools to accelerate content production and automate workflows
Coordinate and work with external content production partners

Requirements

3+ years of experience in SMM / Community Management
1+ year of iGaming experience — mandatory
Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram
Proven experience launching and growing social media channels from scratch
Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and performance metrics
Ability to independently create, shoot, and edit short-form video content
Experience with on-site and event content production
Understanding of Compliance and Responsible Gaming principles
Confident working knowledge of UTMs, Deep Links, Native Insights, and analytics dashboards
Practical experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
Good command of Azerbaijani and English, intermediate knowledge of Russian
