The scope of responsibilities and workflow of the Rewards Intern includes the following:

• Support the end-to-end compensation processes, including monthly bonus and incentive calculations, award administration, preparation of relevant documentation and orders, and validation of KPI achievements and performance results across departments.
• Maintain, cleanse, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data to support effective decision-making.
• Basic knowledge/understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of compensation reporting, analytics, and related HR processes to increase efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

• Excel skills;
• Basic understanding of Power Query knowledge, SQL, Power BI;
• Attention to detail, accuracy, discipline;
• Ability to work with large datasets;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, deliver high-quality results within short deadlines, and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Nice to have:

• Basic experience with HR or operational data.
