IRES is currently looking for an experienced and proactive Commercial & Leasing Manager for our client operating in the commercial real estate sector in Baku.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting corporate tenants, managing the full leasing cycle, negotiating commercial terms, and building long-term relationships with tenants and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract potential tenants for office spaces

• Conduct negotiations and manage the full commercial leasing cycle

• Present available office spaces to prospective corporate clients

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants

• Monitor the commercial real estate market and prepare competitive leasing proposals

• Prepare professional commercial offers and reports

• Participate in relevant industry and networking events to generate new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in office leasing

• Higher education, preferably in Economics, Law, Management, or a related field

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Solid understanding of leasing principles and commercial negotiations

• Fluency in Azerbaijani and good command of Russian and English

• Proactive, commercially minded, and results-oriented approach

• CRM knowledge will be considered an advantage
